Golden Tulip Le Diplomate Hotel - Cotonou

Check-in was smoother than sweet tea! The breakfast spread? Oh my stars, it was a feast fit for a king. I just couldn't get enough of them fresh fruits. Plus, that little touch of live music. Only thing I'd change? WiFi could use a little boost, bless their hearts.

Although some of the staff were bad, I had a good stay. I was very happy with the well-equipped and brand-new room, that was complete with all comforts, a balcony, as example. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was amazing.

It was a COMFORTABLE experience. Enjoyed how the double room with all comforts was arranged when we arrived.

The fridge in the room was broken, and despite reporting it, no replacement was available. We had a shortage of bath towels for our party, only receiving additional towels after a wait. Wifi connectivity in the room was weak and made working difficult. Requests to the receptionist took longer than expected to address.

Our favourite, good business hotel in Cotonou with well-trained and very friendly staff. Good restaurant for breakfast.

This hotel was beautifully designed and I truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was exceptional, with several options and the staff was amicable. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The whole experience was great from start to finish, recommend❤👍🙂

My check-in experience was a nightmare. I arrived at 2 PM and had to wait until 3:30 PM for my room to be ready, frustrating. The WiFi connection was weak. Requests to the receptionist took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing further inconvenience.

The stay was great, especially since we were visiting the nearby Cotonou Central Mosque and other attractions. The concierge was super helpful in arranging transfers and tours. I really appreciated the fresh options available at breakfast and that the sea view room was clean and spacious, even if the bathrooms were on the smaller side. The check-in process left a bit to be desired, as we had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready.

I enjoyed everything about this stay! Just minutes from the airport and a pleasant walk to the beach. Breakfast was bountiful with fresh fruits and delicious options. The staff was amazing, assisting with my inquiries and providing on-the-spot support for my IT needs. A good experience overall!

It was just an optimal selection for a transient visit in Cotonou with very good value for money. I enjoyed the clean room that felt cute and had a cozy vibe. Bring a power strip if you have multiple devices because outlets were limited.

The hotel is clean and features modern rooms. the staff is highly professional and well-trained, ensuring a great experience. They offer wheelchair accessible rooms with balconies for added comfort and truly care for their guests. Plus, it's conveniently located just 1 km from the airport.

Really enjoyed the pool and helpful IT staff, but WiFi was spotty.
